I got this cute little superhero plate from my three year old nephew who is a bit of a picky eater. I thought this would be the perfect solution for him to work his way up to desserts by bearded game, and the only way to beat the game is to eat each of the game spaces. It encourages trying new things in a fun way for young children. As long as he gives the food a try he can move onto the next space. It’s really important for kids to at least give new things a try, and then as adults we respect their decision of whether or not they like it. But in order for them to grow and learn their taste buds they need to at least be open to new experiences and new foods. This is the perfect way to do that with your children in a fun and lighthearted way.

Like so bad we’re in therapy for it. So I decided to try a tray like this. It helps him want to try and eat through what’s in the trays to get to his treat surprise so it’s definitely helped a bit. I just wish the trays were a bit larger. They are quiet small for a full meal bit I definitely like the portions for like a variety of snacks.
